Good for "all purpose" as indicated May 14, 2008

The all purpose gloves are good for just that... just general use. For something more appropriate for hard-core training, try the TKO Pro Style Training Gloves. TKO 501LPT-BW-16 Pro Style 16 oz. Training Gloves Black White I have used both, and they are both very good for their designed purposes.

These gloves are small and over padded-If you have smaller hands and don't hit hard they would be ok.
