Even though the ball is sturdy, the set has extremely flimsy ceiling hanging string and bottom elastic cord (bought at the local store). I broke the cord the very first try after setting up the bag's system. I admitted I punched a little too hard for speed bag punching. However, the cord should have been stronger.
I just bought another set: "Everlast Professional Double End Bag (9")" and "TITLE Double End Bag Cable (Pair)", from Amazon (sold by Title). They are very much higher in quality. I love my new system.
