Got this because of the fact that it can be used as a miniature workout area along with being a punching bag stand. Although it does serve its purpose as a good pullup/chinup station, everything else about it fails miserably. Doing dips on this thing causes the entire unit to tilt towards you! This was before the actual bag arrived for me so i thought it was just off balanced then and would be corrected once the punching bag was in place. No luck, dips still cause the entire unit to shake. Not only that but the whole thing seems so unstable when actually using the punching bag. You can not punch hard without causing the unit to go into a wild shaking frenzy. This was my first actual punching bag stand so i dont know if all are suppose to move as much(they dont at the gym i go to). I recommend saving ur money and buying a simpler stand that will do what is suppose to do.
